20 days of professional training

Define the particularities of the banking sector, identify banking professions. Adopt a professional approach to customer relations. Analyze the conditions for a good reception in a bank branch. Greet a customer/prospect in a bank branch and on the telephone. Identify the partner bank's operations, professions and activities.

22 days of soft skills training

Acquire the cultural codes needed to adopt behaviors adapted to the culture of partner companies. Learn to work as a team and with colleagues in all circumstances. Develop autonomy and build a relationship of trust with your superiors. Acquire or reinforce the basic knowledge and social skills needed to enter the job market or qualify for training in the industry.

10 days of professional French

Improve your level of written, read and spoken French. Learn vocabulary specific to the banking sector and customer relations.

5-day work placement

Put into practice the soft skills and business knowledge acquired during training. Gain confidence and strengthen your skills. Confirm your desire to continue your apprenticeship on a work-study contract.

5 major French banks are partners in this program, and are looking to recruit profiles on work-study contracts at the end of the training course with each One.
