Our mission:
Permitthe return to sustainable employment of refugees and new arrivals
Permitcompanies to recruit these talents that make them stronger in every way.
Every person has a value that they carry with them wherever they go.
Refugees and new arrivals - nearly 2 million people in France - have demonstrated extraordinary resources in overcoming adversity.
Now, with their lives put on hold and their career paths halted, they see their resources wasted.
Every company is a powerful force for change.
Resilience, positive impact, operational efficiency, agility, innovation: these are just some of the challenges for which companies need the fundamental asset of human resources.
To help companies meet these challenges, each One is developing innovative support solutions, bridging the gap between companies' needs and the skills and talents of refugees and new arrivals. Let's forget human resources and talk about resourceful people.
Choosing inclusion means investing in and enriching society at every level.
We'll go further by bringing everyone's interests together: that's our vision of a reconciled society.
A society where everyone can find their place, in line with their potential.
Where every company grasps the unsuspected, value-creating potential represented by the inclusion of new arrivals.
Because everyone - every person, every company, every partner, the State and every citizen - wins.
For the past 8 years, each One has been building on the ground.
A win-win dynamic where value is shared by all to build a more inclusive system.
Each One opens up the field of possibilities for inclusion with students, volunteers, schools, institutions and companies, to better understand and reveal the potential of refugees and new arrivals.
It all started with a family story.
First, an association that helps refugees find employment. Then, a company with a mission that invites businesses to its table to co-construct a more inclusive and value-creating society. each One connects various players in society to change paradigms and work together to bring about a systemic transformation of society.
The story of Théo and his Italian grandparents, who immigrated to France in 1945. A story of dreams dreamed and ambitions half-fulfilled. "We're just little people", his grandmother (on the left in the photo) told him, and no one believed in her at the time.
In 2015, Théo met Omran and Rateb, two brilliant but invisible Syrian refugees. It was then that they realized that stories repeat themselves, and that each one harbors a potential that must be revealed. That day, each One was born.
